Calling all GameGuru MAX users - join the challenge to create an amazing screenshot demonstrating awesome use of light and shadow and enter it into our screenshot competition which launches today!
You can choose any theme you like but to create a level playing field you can only use art out of the box from GameGuru MAX. Use lights to cast shadows that create a mood – one scene, one camera perspective – but as many lights as you like - and be sure to use maximum quality lighting and shadow settings ;-)
Everyone knows what great visuals look like and now is your chance to use your creativity to win some cash!
A shot in the dark
Here's an example of the sort of screenshot we're looking for (accepting of course that this only took 5 minutes). You can take as long as you like to give it the WOW factor, showing off great light and shadow staging in your scene :-)
Prizes
There are cool prizes up for grabs with $100 going to the overall winner, $75 for second place and $50 for third place, plus two special mentions with a prize of $20 each for fourth and fifth place :-)
Competition Rules
- The screenshot must be in PNG format, 1920 x 1080 in size and made in GameGuru MAX
- Entries must be submitted by 10th August 2022 @ 11:59 UTC
- The screenshot must use only stock media from GameGuru MAX - no third party or custom assets
- All winning entries will be used on our social channels to show how great you all are!
Judging
- TGC will judge the entries and their decision will be final
- Only one competition entry per person and only one screenshot per entry - choose your best one!
- Email your final entry by 10th August 2022 @ 11:59 UTC direct to TheGameCreators
- Late entries will not be considered
